A lot of value for the dollar

Setup was very easy and the system delivers very clean, clear sound.

To play MP3's (from disk or from USB), you need to turn on your TV and navigate through the menus (built in display isn't much help).

JVC TH-C60

For newbs, this HTIB is very user friendly to put together.

As far as i can tell, there is no shuffle feature (but i haven't explored the entire manual yet).

JVC TH-C60

I'm a professional musician, but i've never really owned a good sound system before. I guess i was not a bonafide audiophile, just a performer. The first thing i cranked on the system was Wagner's, Elsa's Procession to the Cathedral. It was incredible....

For newbs, this HTIB is very user friendly to put together. Once it's together, if you have any sort of stereo system, DVD knowledge, you can get this puppy operating in no time. The sound is great, and quite powerful. Could you get a better system?...

As far as i can tell, there is no shuffle feature (but i haven't explored the entire manual yet). There seems to be a limited amount of aux. inputs, BUT i'm able to get my VCR, and gaming system hooked up to it, so it's all good

SLEEK,POWERFUL,EXCELLENT VALUE

DOA: Will Update Review After RMA

Figure JVC would have made a better system. I'm an electrical engineer so I'm pretty sure I did the wiring right. I used Belkin's 16 Gauge speaker wire and don't seem to have an shorts anywhere. Looks like I just didn't get lucky.

Well, the system is sleek, and powerful, and good sound for 5.1 at 1200W. Produces an excellent picture, plays every type of movie codec you could want, and holds 5 DVDs

I powered up, 30 min later it decided to power down. Saving Private Ryan was just getting good. Since then, it won't power on for more than 3 seconds. Also, if you have lots of audio devices you want to go through your HT, this system only has input...
