Good looking system, sound is decent. Affordable.

Poor quality DVD. Will give you problems soon. Sub lacks bass.

It worked great, for about 8 months. Everything you'd want it to be, for an out-of-the-box system. Then it started overheating and stopped reading dvds. Then it stopped reading dvds entirely. I am told that Koss won't even repair it if you send it...

It's been a major disappointment...

 

I bought this Koss system as their headphones have been some of the best but this system theater system is a giant leap downward. Major complaint: it simply won't play a dvd unless it is in pristine condition. About half the DVD's we rent won't play...

Definitely not worth 200-300 bucks if you ask me. The dvd player is poor quality (FF and Rewind make scratching noises and barely work), the surround effects on the receiver are weak, the speakers are really cheaply made. If it breaks, you have nobody...
