This is basically 8m of good quality electric lead with 4 plug facility and thermal cut off if overheated - which may happen if you use a few plugs on an unwound cable and pushing it's limits of 3000w. That's it really, So why the groaning and gripes?

reel came today 14/4/11 same excellent service from amazon, as for the reel well I suppose you get what you pay for and if thats all you want this will do,my only wish is that I should have gone to b+q and at least looked at reels to give me some idea....
