Panasonic SC-HT670

The system has lasted for over three years now without giving any issues. It has a variety of sound options, is easy to use and sound good.

Easy to use, variety of sound options; not bad price for 5 cd changer, Pro Logic II surround sound

Overrated power (common issue today). Not very advanced; a basic but decent surround sound. No digital or optical input

I bought this unit in March from Target when it was on a sale. I was completing a renovation after a fire in my home and wanted to get this as a replacement for the set in the bedroom.

Simply said: This system ROCKS ! It is hard to believe such great sound comes from such small speakers. These 8 inch speakers replaced and blew away my 4 FOOT floor speakers. When I put the subwoofer on level '4', it shakes the foundation.

Superior sound. Ease of set-up. Replaces you old reciever AND dvd player

Longer speaker wires would have been an added plus

great sound, best one for its price, only $250

cant get it to hook up to my tv for cable it only works if i watch DVDs or if i listen to music/watch tv on my PC

This is a good sounding system if all you need surround sound for your DVDs but if you want surround sound for other devices like game consoles, you are out of luck. When I got this I failed to see if it had an optical input for Xbox surround sound but...

Great sound, on screen display, universal remote, speaker cables included

No optical inputs, passive sub, no A/V switching, no auto setup

Don't Buy One

I purchased this unit back in 2004 and now only 2 speakers.........the front left and right work. My next unit will definitely not be a Panasonic!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasted my hard-earned money on this equipment.
