Philips HTS3371D

I had bought this system from Walmart, and had it for 2 days. After 2 days the right back speaker was shot. Mind you the box I got it in was in horrible condition. I returned it and got another one, and after 24 hours the system just went dead. I unplugged it for 30sec and plugged it back in and it worked, for about 10mins then died again... Well I called Philips and told me to unplug it for 60secs... That didn't work. So I left it unplugged for 2-3mins and plugged it back in and it works. I'm giving this thing more one chance before I completely return it. Mind you the sound is simply amazing. Unbeatable at this price. Had an rca got it for $100 and it was bad.
