Defective On Arrival

 

I called Philips and the CSR said my DVD was probably defected. I love being insulted. I'll never buy another Philips product again.

Defective product

 

Not happy about paying freight on the RMA. I hope the replacement unit fares better than the original. My poor rating is based on the fact the unit is defective.
