What I really needed was an rf modulator, the switching was a bonus that has been useful. Works fine. The rubber suction cups can't cope with the weight of attached cables. I just laid it on it's side.

Works as expected. I plug in satellite, XBox 360, DVD player, and PS2, and run an S-Video to my projector and audio to my surround sound. After a month, it's still working perfectly.
