product arrived at stated time in excellent condition. As I had previously had a samsung system all the cables and plugs were compatible so it was easy to install. So far it works well and sounds great.

This product looses video all of a sudden which results in a blank screen or an invalid data format error on the tv. but if I power off the device and turn it on I see the picture. Very annoying.

In terms of sound quality, specification and user friendliness I found this system very good. It will play all DVD types, 2D and 3D, and all versions of Blu-ray discs, again both 2D and 3D. The unit is Wi-Fi ready via a dongle as stated in the spec.

We were looking for a bluray for our basement. When we saw we could get this system, bluray, amp and speakers, we decided to get it and replace our VERY low end sony 500w dvd home theater at the same time.
