Power failures constantly, not reliable. I can't print the return label but this unit and the last one like it both failed.

I like the touch and the quality, but it is still too expensive. Plus, you have to buy the rechargeable battery to make the ratio rechargeable.... Too expensive. And I decided to switch it to my $10 radio after my batteries were out of power in the end.
