Don't use software only the driver. Let windows install it & direct it to the driver directory on disk.

The card is paired with a D-Link DIR-655 using firmware 1.21. Transferring huge files is about 4 to 5 times faster than my G adapter (1.3MB/s to 4.8 to 6.0MB/s) using Windows 7 Ultimate.

Pop in disk or dl from Belkin's support site for newest driver. Just install the driver, not the software of course have windows run your wireless adapter in WZC. WPA2, WEP it all works. You dont need to call tech support on this one
