Great no-nonsense solution for KVM with DVI & USB
Does what it says on the tin
No ability to use an single extenal USB sound-card
Good solution for small spaces
Using to switch between XP and Ubuntu boxes with Saitek keyboard and 5-button mouse.
Good construction with caps for unused audio plugs. Switches back and forth with little delay

This is my new favorite thing in the world. Seriously.
Works perfectly. I have a PC and a Mac Mini and this is exactly what I wanted. I guess many KVM switches have problems like not handling the forward/back buttons on mice, etc., but this one is working flawlessly.
I am getting less exercise now because I no longer have to crawl under my desk every few hours to switch the USB cables between my computers.
