Altec Lansing M812

Given its priceand its sizeyou might expect more deep bass and less distortion from the Altec Lansing M812, but the speakers tend to falter at higher volumes.

Long wireless range. Attractive. Wall-mountable. System is expandable. Speakers can switch between stereo and mono, to act as half of a stereo pair.

Expensive. Can't handle deep bass at higher volumes. System occasionally loses sync. Poor button layout on remote control.

Given its priceand its sizeyou might expect more deep bass and less distortion from the Altec Lansing M812, but the speakers tend to falter at higher volumes.
