Very good value for money. Easy to use and works as well as similar products that cost 4 to 5 times as much. I have bought this iron before and it lasted for 2 yrs with constant use by all the family.

Iron wouldn't even heat up. The fuse blew when we plugged it in. We changed the fuse and it blew that one also when we plugged it in. So I had to send it back. As it had to go to Germany it took a while but I eventually was refunded in full.

I bought this iron a month ago and unfortunately don't like it at all. I find it doesn't glide, the sole plate being almost rough, and it is,also very lightweight so results are generally disappointing.
