reliable and ease of use, cant fault it at all. highly recommend this product.

Good quality feel about this product. Feel like I have had to keep it on the highest setting for most garments etc., ( not silk). Steam extractors good. Perhaps a little on the heavy side but I think this is what to expect with a sturdy iron.
