I bought this item based upon the excellent reviews already submitted. I have been very happy with this product...it irons well and is really easy to use. The only slight disadvatage is that it can be quite noisey.

The product was labelled used but it must have been simply ex-display because it hadn't been plugged in before so I was very happy about that and delivery was excellent.
