The placement of the heat dial is inconvenient. Requires that you put your hand over the handle to move the dial and sometimes the selection is hard to see.

This iron is fabulous! Light weight, compared to others, and very smooth. I find the innovative shape of the soleplate to be exceptionally efficient and easy to use. Highly recommended to those of us who still like our clothes ironed.
