The product was delivered promptly and is just what I expected, with one exception. It came equiped with a european plug not a UK one despite the fact that it was delivered to a UK address. I rang the Amazon customer service line, explained the problem...

Don't bother with this one

Don't bother buying this iron. Even though it doesn't say on the amazon information, the one I ordered has a 2 pin plug !!
