It's an iron - what's to go wrong? The price was very competitive, it steams, it doesn't actually do the ironing for me so I've knocked a star off - a bit harsh but there it is!

Really pleased with this purchase. The Iron has enough weight to steam through the most stubborn creases. The fact that one can use tap water makes this Iron a winner for me!
