I was a little wary since Rowenta makes high end irons and this one, while expensive compared to Black and Decker, Panasonic, etc. at $40, was their low end. Especially after seeing some Rowentas with leakage problems, etc. But this iron has been ...

Heats up fast, takes tap water, plenty of steam.

Goes into standby, but no actual off switch.
