i bought this last week, but had to return, as water leaked on to clothes. Also found it very heavy and clunky to use, the hand steamer is permanently attached which makes the whole thing big and awkward to carry.

Variety of steam is good but it feels a little awkward when handling/ manoeuvering.

Can't believe how easy this makes ironing, wish I'd got one before ,saves so much time
