Excellent product which I would highly recommend to everyone. My previous iron lasted me 9 long years and i'm a true believer in you get what you pay for. I had shopped around and Asda beat the competition hands down, £13 cheaper than than a competing...

I read the Which review and bought this iron - it then started spluttering - just out of the guarantee period. I thought perhaps I hadn't cleaned it well enough between irons and, because when it worked it was good I thought I'd give it a second try...

The monthly descaling is a bit of a hassle and a tankful of water does not last very long, even on the Eco setting. That apart, I am very pleased with this iron which produces better results than any other iron that we have owned. I hope it lasts!

I bought the Aqua speed from JLP 2 jan 2015 and it has been a really good iron till 2 days ago. Though ironing 5 shirts and a few other bits a week should hardly have stressed it. 5 months. Really Tefal! £39.99 so i suppose pay cheap get cheap. I see...

Been out of warranty for a few months and now stopped heating. Interestingly the factory fitted fuse was only 10 amps (the iron is rated at 2400W) but it was not blown.I will not buy another Tefal as it appears that others have had a similar experience.

As an iron it worked quite well, but after just 23 months sparks and smoke came from the base.Sorry Tefal, but looking at Bosch or Phillips for a replacement.
