Best keyboard I've tried

This is simply the best keyboard I've ever typed on, and the Topre switches are the only switches that are as good or better than Cherry's in my opinion. If you want a ten-keyless keyboard for typing this keyboard should be on your short list. It has...

Precise yet gentle feel to the keys Quietest mechanical keyboard Number keys properly labeled: number on bottom, shifted value on top Solid, doesn't move, bounce, or vibrate.

It costs more

High quality and lovely when it was working fine

Amazing keyboard that felt amazing to use for the entirety that I've used it. However, after a mere 2 1/2 months of use, none of the keys register. It has never been moved from it's original place and there's no external damage that had been done but...

- Feels amazing - Really nice on the ears

- Broke in less than 3 months

Near Perfection for Gaming or Typing

This review is written after having used the Novatouch TKL for ~2 months and having replaced the stock keycaps with Ducky Dye-Sublimated PBT keycaps.

-Fairly quiet typing/gaming experience -While not always necessary it's nice to know that N-key rollover is there -Useful function keys -Exceptionally responsive for gaming

-The stock keycaps have got to go -Optimal replacement keycaps, as others have mentioned, seem to be OEM profile limiting choices -Normally I don't like LEDs at all but not having an indicator on stuff like Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, etc. is a bit of a pain

Great Keyboard After Modifications

After making all the additions, including internal silencing rings, thick PBT OEM-profile keycaps, stabilizer lube, and spacebar pads, I would give the Novatouch 5 stars.

At first, I did not like the CM Novatouch because the stock keyboard did not sound or feel as good as my other Topre-switch keyboards, such as the HHKB Pro 2 or Realforce RF87U. However, after installing internal Silencing Rings (not the external...

My 4-star rating is based on my opinion that the stock keyboard needs some modifications to realize its full potential. Of course, the keycap exchange is expected -- the novelty of the Novatouch is that it was the first Topre-switch keyboard to be...

Quiet but bottoms out harshly

No backlighting, ten-keyless TKL, compact design. Except for the key caps, seems pretty high quality. Nice packing and additional key picker and o-rings included.

Smooth mechanical switches, simple TKL design, nice packing, comes with o-rings, slightly quieter than browns, braided modular cable (micro USB)

The NovaTouch's thin key caps feel "cheap". For the price, I expect higher quality, like double-shot injection caps. My primary complaint though is bottoming out. Fully depressing keys on the NovaTouch keys is jarring -- it feels really unpleasant. The...

Best switches for gaming at the moment

Love the switches, hoping for more models using these switches that would include dedicated media keys, USB and back-lighting.

Better for gaming then my previous Razer Black Widow mechanical with Razer Orange Switches. Razers keys were hard to double tap fast with out pressing very precisely and with very light force making sure you did't bottom out.

Not quite as good for typing then as the Razer Black Window mechanical (which is a Cherry Mx Brown clone). But still better than my old Logitech G19 membrane keyboard in terms for typing and finger strain. Key caps are cheap and fade easy but are also...

Best Keyboard ever IMO

Amazing feel to this keyboard there really isn't anything out there like it. A lot of people compare the switches to browns but I personally don't think they feel the same. I wanted a quieter switch didn't really care much for browns so I gambled with...

-Quiet -TKL -Amazing feel -Cherry compatible key caps -Doesnt take up much space

-No dedicated media keys -Cable is micro USB, would love to see a mini or proprietary connection -Not really a big con because its a limitation of the switch but would love back lit keys its hard to see at night

Excellent

Make no mistake: this is currently one of the best keyboards available in the world. The price is consistent with other top of the line keyboards. If you type a lot, a keyboard like this one is a very good investment. The layout is completely standard,...

Has both one of the best mechanical switches technology (Topre) and the widest range of customization due to its compatibility with Cherry MX keycaps. Very solid build, and this includes the choice of a micro-USB connector, which is stronger than a...

No CapsLock LED. A little bit noisy. It will depend on your typing style. Sound dampeners ("O-rings") are provided in the box and you can install them if you want to make the keyboard quieter.
