Not family friendly.

Not sure if I'm going to buy another one, or just buy Walmart el cheapo so my kids can accidentally spill what ever they want on it. ... was a really nice keyboard for the really short time I had it.

OK, just like all the others giving this review... keyboard is excellent. colorful. accurate, software to change lighting is frustrating, but functional. Just a sexy keyboard all around.

... but this keyboard is a wuss. I've owned my keyboard for only two months, sadly, and my 10yr old spilled pop on it. Not a lot, but enough to really screw this thing. I mean, I get it, pop is really bad for a keyboard, but honestly... if the...

Good so far.

Really like the keys (brown in my case), even with the mechanical noise.

CUE (Corsair Utility Engine) can be confusing. I expected to get a predefined WASD lighting (per older Corsair keyboard models), but didn't. The startup time of CUE is inexplicably very high. I'd like to have the WASD lighting along with the Type...

Good keyboard

- Would purchase again, no doubt.

- Easy plug and play. - Lighting is great. - Lots of options and customizable possibilities

- Interface for lighting set up and effects is complicated for nothing. Could have been way more user friendly to get the same result.

great keyboard

Great keyboard for gaming and typing. The rgb colors are very vibrant. It also helps that you can set any key to any color. This is very nice. The cherry Browns have a very nice click that I think is good for typing and gaming. Not too loud, just right...

Ok one big downer for me with this keyboard is a lack of dedicated volume scroll bar. My last keyboard had this and I used it more and more as my family comes in and out of the computer room so I need to change the volume frequently. Now I need to hunt...

Amazing Keyboard!

You will not be disappointed in this product!

-RGB is beautiful, super customizable and looks brilliant. -Cherry MX Brown switches feels much better than the Cherry MX Reds in my opinion, though that is my personal preference. -Wrist Rest is comfortable and helps a lot with typing. -USB Pass...

-It really isn't a big deal I am just trying to find little things at this point but if the cable was braided like my Sabre RGB Mouse is would have been a nice touch.

STRAFE Keyboard

This is one of Corsair's newer keyboards. There are web sites that have many versions of keyboard colorings with ripples and waves and patterns that flash across the keys as you type. Not all of them have been translated over to the STRAFE keyboard. If...

Product seems robust. Boys like the action of the keys.

If doing this over, I would probably opt for the Cherry Silent keys. Sharing the room with someone using the audibly 'clicky' keyboard can be distracting. I've not tried the silent keys though, and since they're based on the MX Red keys, the touch...

Awesome

Awesome keystrokes, you know if you press one (even accidentally) you just know lol. The lighting effects are awesome as well (it's got solid, multi, waves, ripples, ect!) anything you can think of in any color imaginable! And It feels good, the wrist...

I don't have anything bad to say about it. I love it!

strafe RGB keyboard

took a bit how to find out what needed to be done to set the keyboard RGB lighting, but after that, this thing is GREAT. keys are spaced well, can disable those painful windows keys, did I say RGB lighting was AWESOME .

awesome RGB effects

software is a bit quirky (Right click on the corsair icon on the task bar, and set profile, if you set it in the software, it disappears as soon as you exit)

Wonderful so far!

Wanted a great mechanical keyboard, tried to get something that reminded me of typing on some original mechanical keyboards from 30 years ago. This one is pretty close. Improves my typing speed and accuracy.

The brown switches are wonderful for long typing sessions. Colors are fun to play with. Full-size key spacing, not cramped like some other gaming keyboards -- you know who you are.

Software is not exactly intuitive. Won't make pancakes.

Darn good keyboard

I love this keyboard. The switches, spacing, lighting, and structure are fantastic. The software is the same as the mouse I have and can be edited with individually and simply. Color matching was vital to this buy and it did not disappoint. I would...

Good software Brown switches are great Key spacing is perfect Lighting is beautiful Unique USB end

Side lighting is not RGB The cable is VERY thick and not flexy I wish it was braided like their K70
