Corsair Vengeance K95

The Corsair Vengeance K95 gaming keyboard combines sophisticated design and extensive gaming features for one of the best keyboards we've seen for either gaming or professional use.

High-quality mechanical keyboard is great for gaming or typing. Individual key backlighting. Numerous programmable macros. Built-in media controls. Detachable palmrest. Solid aluminum construction

No color options for backlight. Pricey

Corsair is back with a Vengeance, and I couldn't be happier. The Corsair Vengeance K95 ($149.99) replaces the Corsair Vengeance K90 as the company's premier gaming keyboard, and the mechanical keyboard keeps nearly everything I loved about the original...

Corsair Vengeance K95

The Corsair Vengeance K95 is the ideal companion for PC gamers. Compare the best gaming keyboards at TopTenREVIEWS.

You can toggle the LED underneath every key individually, and the brushed aluminum housing outlasts most other keyboards

This keyboard lacks color LEDs

For a solid mechanical keyboard that can keep up with your gaming needs, there is no better option than the K95.

Corsair Vengeance K95 Review

The flagship mechanical keyboard from Corsair is here, featuring 18 macro keys, key-by-key illumination and Cherry MX Red switches.

Fully featured ; Mechanical Switches ; 18 Macro Keys (all mechanical) ; Per-key backlighting, including macro keys, for personalised configurations ; Easy-switch on board profiles ; Multiple lighting modes ; Brushed-Aluminium chassis

Sometimes we have to tie ourselves in knots to explain our findings and justify our awards, but for the first time in a while that’s not the case. The Vengeance K95 is just that good.

Unacceptable durability for a $150 keyboard. Freshly RMA'd board has LEDs burned out within 24 hours.

There is no way that a $150 keyboard should have these issues. The cable connection problem might be an isolated case, but the burned out LEDs show every indication of being very widespread. The rate of incidence makes it impractical to even RMA the...

Feels* very well constructed ; Looks nice ; Functions well... when it functions

I bought this keyboard back in April of 2013. I did not mistreat it. I used it on my desk, and occasionally would pull it down onto my lap when I wanted to relax ; Within the first year, the cable started cutting out, making the keyboard completely...

Dead LEDs

Keys are very good (in touch and response) ; Has USB port

Got a lot of dead LEDs in about only 6 months after purchase, requested RMA with Corsair and it is being processed. Keyboard is expensive and it should have high quality LEDs

Great Keyboard .... but

I was a very loyal Logitech buyer until the reviews i read on the K95 ( 2013) made it the choice to go. Guess who is going back to Logitech. If you don't need the back lights it is a great keyboard, but not for the price when some options don't work.

Great gaming keyboard, love the feel and response of it. I always use a lighted keyboard since I play mostly at night and don`t want to have room lights on

Well after a couple of months lights started to fade or die out, not a real big issue until returning from vacation and shutting down my PC for two weeks, upon turning it back on most of the lights never came back on, tested it and found they are dead....

LED's burn out

If you aren't buying the keyboard for the LED's, then this is a great keyboard for you. If you don't want to RMA something often, then I suggest you look elsewhere. I think I may have overrated this item with three eggs. If I am going to pay $140 for a...

The keyboard itself is great, the keys feel nice and brushed metal finish makes this board look great! When working, the LED's look great and the multiple G keys are great for gaming

After reading some of the reviews before I purchased this, I noticed a lot of people having issues with the LED's dying. I didn't think much of this and went ahead and bought this $140 keyboard anyway. Well. You should probably listen to the reviews. I...

Good for Gaming NOT typing

This is my #1 choice of Keyboard for gaming and my last choice for typing. The keys are so sensitive that if you are not an expert in typing (I am not) you will make so many mistakes it will drive you nuts!

Looks great, Awesome features

Too sensitive for typing

Limited Use

For $150 dollars I would expect at least several years of flawless usage. I will never be purchasing a Corsair keyboard again.

Looks beautiful when unboxed ; Feels / sounds great when in mint condition ; Was great for ~6 months

Well, the first one was DOA, so there's that ; The one I've since had has deteriorated rapidly over time ; My "M" key has broken three times, where it fits on top of the switch, the key simply breaks. I first swapped M with the right windows key --...

Burned out L.E.Ds

Easy to type on ; Mechanical switches are a dream ; Good customization

Both mine and two of my friends have all experienced burned out keys ; It should be noted that I turn the back lighting off every time I'm not using the keyboard ; Unless you really want the G-keys I would recommend that you buy from a different...
