Believe all the hype that you have read. These keyboards are amazing. Great feedback. It is NOT as loud as you might think. Definitely louder than the non-mechanical keyboards but just not as loud as some have said. The outer trim is a nice high gloss...

It's very pricey for a plain keyboard, but the latest Das Keyboard delivers a clicky, satisfying key feel like no other.
