Despite the great Amazon service I was really disapointed with this. Keyboard and mouse arrived on time no problem and the mouse was great, but the keyboard was faulty, didn't work, just completely dead. Arranged a replacement, arrived quickly......

Product arrived duly, USB connection of keyboard didn't work. Neither did it on the replacement. Have to buy another brand. \nMouse is great though.
