This temptress of a keyboard has shown its dark side

Continued from cons (yeah, sorry, there are that many) Recently (that's about 18 months since I bought the thing) certain keys (i noticed the "h", "g", "alt" and space bar before I realized it was) just die. Generally I can wait for a while and they'll...

Extremely good looking. Very good range. Light. Easy keyboard disassembly. Keys are initially a joy especially when compared to some of those loud clackers out there

This is hard for me to say, because I really love the keyboard so much. All of the pros I listed are major factors in what keyboard I buy. But I can't live a lie anymore ; The batteries never fit. The only reason I'm typing this today is because I have...

Great looking keyboard, good feel.

Erratic behavior, until after just a week.

Good keyboard for the money

The interference in the 'cons' section showed itself by an extremely slow mouse and missing keystrokes. When I removed my bluetooth dongle from my USB port, all started to work A-OK again immediately. Right now, my bluetooth dongle is back in my USB...

Excellent range

It had some issues with an existing bluetooth dongle (interference)

The best

It is the best keyboard I have ever touched. The keys feels like the laptop keys. Very slim

Have to charge mouse every couple of days. Charger takes power from the wall outlet so you do not have to keep computer running

on second thought...

This was an addendum to my earlier review, and I had to struggle to write it. Like anything else, you get what you pay for. If you want/need wireless, spend the money for a quality product.

Good initial quality and range

Cheap overall quality and poor reliablility. Short stroke laptop-sytle keys that wouldn't be a big problem if they didn't tend to stick. After owning it for 10 months it's becoming much harder to use. The mouse stalls frequently making it impossible to...

Two failures

Decent range. Nice to have rechargable mouse

Keys stick and break. I returned one right away and then the second one broke after 11 months. I am not a heavy user and expect better

Good stuff!

Keys are easy to clean, just lift one edge of the affected key till it "pops" off. watch out for the small white geared cams as one or two of the four installed under each key may pop out with the key. Using tweezers, replace the white cam gear into...

Thin and light with great range. Keyboard batteries last and last and last! Mouse recharges quickly too

Keyboard is very susceptible to debris infiltration. A single hair is enough to stop a key from lifting back into upper position

Quality Control is Lacking

I put them in conference rooms because the first ones worked so well. I've replaced all but one because of failed units.

Unit looks great and performs very well. Users like it when it works

Experienced about a 50% failure rate out of the box. One works, one doesn't. Some units worked for a couple of weeks and then failed. Some are still working after a few months. They were not worth the hassle and high failure rate
