keyboard is slow to respond and mouse is jerky, if it even works at all. You need A LOT of patience to use this product. I am going to see if I can get an exchange and hopefully the new one works better!

Receive the unit in quick time. The mouse worked, but the Keyboard did not. Funny thing if I also plugged in another usb KB the wireless kb started to work, but unplugging the usb KB and the wireless stopped working. Retured the item to try another...
