it's a wireless keyboard

I have owned a logitech unifying mouse for about a year and a half. The range and battery life are amazing. I hope this keyboard meets these standards. The idea of only using one small usb receiver for two or more devices is also a great idea.

Unifying, long battery life, light-weight, full size

1 - Seems VERY flimsy. A simple twist, or sitting on it on the couch, would destroy it. I do not recommend either of these things. This does not affect the functionality; it seems sturdy enough being used on a desk ; 2 - Unifying "feature" does not...

Can't be beat

Keyboard, mice, trackballs, headsets, I've only bought Logitech for years because of their quality and innovation. I've considered Razer and Microsoft, but when I actually laid hands on the products, they just didn't seem to measure up and felt cheap.

Great Logitech product presentation right out of the package, ready to use. As usual, batteries included with a pull tab to activate so they don't go bad sitting in the box. Prefect size, lightweight. Great for a clean desktop look. Unifying receiver....

Sometimes when I use remote desktop to login from another location, I get a notification window that the unifying software has stopped working. I just close the window and keep on working. When I get back to my desktop minutes later, everything is...

Good Product

Great!!! Great

However, I got a whole 5 minutes out of it. That receiver croaked and my system stopped recognizing it. Fortunately I bought a mouse a week earlier, with it's own unifying receiver. I just hope the dying unifying receiver doesn't become a trend

Works A-OK

If you only had one unifying transmitter/receiver I don't think you'd have any problems. I wish though that Logitech would allow a device to hold a 'location priority'. So for example since I have two unifying transmitters/receivers I'd like my desktop...

Comfortable to use, battery hasn't died yet even after leaving the ON switch on since arrival

The presence of another Logitech wireless transmitter every so often interferes with this one in a predictable 3-step process: 1st time it stops, a half-second later it works for 1.5 seconds then stops again, then starts working for another 1.5 seconds...

Solid Keyboard

Still working great after 7 months. pretty decent wireless range also. Moderately slim profile is a plus also

No Num lock or Scroll Lock indicator light, but that's not enough reason to dock it an egg

I Liked It So Much I Boght Another One

I requistioned one of these for work and I liked it som much I got one for my home office as well. It takes up a very small amount of desk space, and it doesn't have any annoying graphics, or weird buttons that I don't use

Logitech K270 Black 8 Function Keys USB RF Wireless Standard Keyboard

Bought this keyboard and a M505 mouse to use with my new HTPC. I was using an older MX keyboard and mouse and having trouble with the 15' distance between the couch and the PC. With this keyboard and mouse, I can stand in the kitchen and use them. ...

Inexpensive, great wireless range, smaller than my older tech Logitech keyboard

Nice Keyboard, Flaky Software

Keyboard is excellent, sleek appearance and comfortable typing feel. Accessory buttons are useful

SetPoint and Unifying Software are a bit flaky, does not always pair properly, especially when moving devices between computers

Could be Better

I use this for gaming and while it gets the job done, it can get frustrating when it cuts out in a boss fight.

it works 95% of the time

Not reliable beyond 3m. Even at apx 5 feet, the keyboard will lag or not even recognize keystrokes for 10 or more seconds
