Logitech Keyboard Case for iPad 2

Lightweight design, a well-constructed, compact keyboard, and its function as a travel case make the Logitech Keyboard Case for iPad 2 easy to pack.

The keys are inevitably more cramped than on a full-size keyboard, and the case offers no protection for the iPad 2's back and can't be easily put on and taken off when commuting.

The Logitech Keyboard Case for the iPad 2 does exactly what it promises, offering a highly portable Bluetooth keyboard for use with an iPad; however, it's a better keyboard than it is a case.

"Great in theory... but..."

I bought this case and fell in love. Best keyboard layout I've used so far. However shortly after purchasing it, I noticed that it wasn't getting anywhere near the usage time promised in the official specs. I contacted logitech which said the unit was...

Nice keyboard layout. Solid construction. Logical design.

Doesn't hold a charge. Logitech refuses to support product.

"Great concept, but cheap construction makes it useless"

I have had to return three of these now. The first just stopped working. It was replaced under warranty by a second whose flimsy charge components came out of the device still attached to the charge cord within the first week. The third did the same...

Very protective. Easy sync. Great keyboard. Great design.

It is so cheaply constructed that, unless you baby it, it will need to be replaced several times a year. This really defeats the purpose of having a rugged LOOKING case.

"Much easier to type"

I'm glad I bought it and would not go back to the touch screen typing only.

Light, fits the ipad well, blends in with the back of the ipad. Typing is a whole lot easier. I don't normally type huge amounts on the ipad but sometimes I have to, and then the case is awesome. Viewing angle is good. Good battery life.

The ipad doesn't come out of the case as easy or quickly as I would like. The USB connector is not the standard used for phones.

All around uncomfortable

I was intrigued by this keyboard after seeing a friend use his, however once I had it for a week I had to return it. Didn't feel safe carrying it around without a sleeve which defeated my purpose of purchasing it - lightweight & thin, sleek design....

physically uncomfortable due to size and while typing, easily scratched or dented, not worth the price

"Best ipad accessory!"

Extremely pleased with it. As the video review mentioned, after just a few minutes use you almost forget that you're using an ipad, feels like a netbook....

Looks great when closed on the ipad.

Case on it's own can be bent out of shape and marks easily.

Extremely pleased with it. As the video review mentioned, after just a few minutes use you almost forget that you're using an ipad, feels like a netbook....

Looks great when closed on the ipad ; Short cut keys are great, especially for cut and paste. contrary to what the video review says, you can hold down the shift key and use the navigation arrows to select text when typing and use the shortcut keys to cut

Case on it's own can be bent out of shape and marks easily ; Keyboard a small bit cramped for typing but they've made best use out of the space available ; Once big con is that it can only be used with bluetooth which rules out using it on...
