Difficult to set-up without manual which was not included

This product did not come with an instruction manual or batteries for the keyboard or mouse. I feel this should have been indicated in the specs.

Quality.

I bought this set from TigerDirect a few years ago. I've gone through two sets of batteries. A little worn around the edges now. I'll be replacing them.
