Logitech Wireless Touch Keyboard K400 Review

We've all seen a bunch of wireless keyboards and mice, but if you're someone who uses an HTPC in their living room, then you'll know that you need a special kind of keyboard for it. HTPC owners need something to use with their HTPC, that's kept several...

HTPC Awesomeness

Full featured keyboard. Workable HTPC mouse built on

A little larger than assumed via pictures. This received -1 egg due to the actual range is not what is advertised. It is maybe 12-15 feet. I couldn't get reception with the receiver plugged in the back of the system I had to plug it on top of my case

Great for HTPC

That may sound lazy but that's what I bought it for.

Great little wireless keyboard for sitting on the couch

The range is not as far as I had hoped, my HTPC is above my TV and about 15 feet from the couch, sometimes it loses signal and I have to sit up and aim the keyboard up at the PC

Great little keyboard

Excellent little keyboard, the included mousepad is an awesome idea. Purchased for my sister to use when connecting her laptop to her TV, and she loves it

k400-outstanding

This keyboard/trackpad is lightwieght, small, slim, and with full size keys. It fits between the bedrail and the mattress so its always at my fingertips. I waited a year to review because I couldn't believe it would hold up to continuos use. I had to...

It doesn't have illuminated keys

Good, but could be better

I purchased this refurb from another website, and noticed in the reviews there the same variance in quality that reviews note here. While my keyboard appeared as new (as do some reviewed here), it appears to be the luck of the draw if that will be true...

Compact and lightweight ; Touchpad supports Windows 8 gestures with current software, and on Windows 7 (and possibly older), use of two fingers to scroll in all directions and right click is supported (a hardware right click button is also present) ; 3...

No middle click button, and no apparent way to reassign any of the hardware buttons (two below the touchpad, one on the keyboard) to act as such or to reassign one of the keyboard keys to this function ; The compact size mentioned as a pro is also a...

Best media pc keyboard ever!

Great range, light weight, compact, simple to install and use. I love it for my living room media pc setup

Because of the compact design, you have to use the "function (FN)" key to use the HOME, END, PAGE DN/UP buttons, and sometimes I mistype, but I'm using it for a media pc so I do minimal typing. Other than that, it's a fantastic keyboard ; This should...

K400 - lightweight performance

My cellphone weighs more than this keyboard. It easily flexes. Might be considered flimsy and fragile. Paired up easy and is quickly comfortable to use. If you require Win8, get the K400R model for the additional touchpad capabilities.

Economic functionality for a small footprint and small price. Touchpad works nice with scrolling and tap commands, the setpoint utility allows limited customization of F1-F11 keys like most Logitech keyboards ; The auxiliary keys are minimal: volume...

Small keyboard, like a laptop with minimal inter-key gap. The right-hand shift key is awkward and your hands will need to learn how to hit the right keys. No stand-off to elevate keyboard angle when laying on a flat surface

Quality device

Performs as expected and seems to be of quality construction. Worth the purchase if you need something like this.
