Was hoping an inexpensive keyboard would hold up reliably and so far this one has. I remote desktop to a Windows system so having non-Mac type keys (e.g. page up, page down) without having to do special key assignments has been great.

Not really a con, just important to know since I use this with a Mac book: keyboard does pull power so the battery drains a bit quicker.

MACALLY keyboard

 

i'd prefer this keyboard if your office needs new keyboards for the mac. it's cheap and works great. Most of my cons are personal and shouldn't affect the "basic user" who just browses the web, writes papers for classes, chats with friends, etc.

fast response presses and tactile feedback, typical white color to match apple white scheme, blue LED lights for NUM/CAPS/power. Prefer over the wireless keyboard that comes with the iMac.

the mac hotkeys are a bit outdated. there are no brightness, launchpad, or other current mac toggles, but have copy/paste/music control keys. F keys are not reprogrammable especially when I try to play some games on the mac (SC2/L4D2/etc). overall it's...
