Saitek Cyborg Keyboard Review

The Saitek Cyborg keyboard lands somewhere squarely between pretty and gaudy. No, this getup is not business appropriate, but it is ironically the most aesthetically customizable keyboard we've seen. And still, it doesn't look like the kind of design...

Customizable backlighting schemes; plenty of programmable macro keys

Confusing and unpolished software; poor typing experience; poor documentation

The Cyborg Keyboard should also be shunned for the cheap quality and ridiculously poor typing experience...

Saitek Cyborg

Does this innovative gaming mouse deliver the goods?

Saitek is trying to carve into a mouse market that is almost exclusively dominated by two companies, Logitech and Razer. This is no small feat. But Saitek is known for innovation, and they've stretched the boundaries with several of their other...

Saitek Cyborg V.7

The Saitek Cyborg V.7 is an excellent gaming keyboard that is tried and true. Gamers agree that this is one of the best keyboards on the market, especially for the price. It's not a perfect keyboard that works for everyone's style, but it offers a good...

The Saitek Cyborg V.7 comes with SST software for customizing your keyboard

This gaming keyboard doesn't have on-the-fly macro recording

This is a very capable keyboard that is sure to improve your gaming potential.

Like a disco on the desk but without the funk

Programmable keys ; Responsive touch panel

Plasticky look ; Dead-action on keys

Saitek Cyborg review

It's easy to accuse Saitek's Cyborg of being over-engineered, but we like its range of features. In particular, the mouse can be set to perfectly match your hand size, with a noisy motor moving the rear section to fit. Then there's the fact that you...

Its motorised body and array of buttons certainly make this mouse stand out, but there are more practical and more comfortable mice.

Saitek - Cyborg Keyboard

The Cyborg sounds like it should be half keyboard, half man; a hybrid artificially intelligent creation. Sort of like KITT out of Knight Rider but with no wheels (or turbo boost), it could auto-target enemies in ...

It's a touch plasticky for the money Saitek's asking, but the Cyborg is a reasonable gaming keyboard with an interesting line in coloured illumination.

Beautiful and durable

An excellent choice for yourself or a gift... anyone will be glad to have a keyboard this nice.

I've had this keyboard for over a year. I use it at least 4 hours a day for gaming and surfing... and it has never let me down. The 3 lighted zones have the option to be lit in different colors

Not really a CON, but it is a little bit on the large side... if you don't have very much desk space

Unreliable! A Manufacturing FAILURE, no QA process!

On my original purchase, the left Alt key did not work from day 1. The "7" key in the number row (not number pad on the right) died - discontinued to respond to strokes after less than 6 months. Received # 2, the Left Arrow key would stick under the...

1. It's pretty ; 2. Capability to write macros, can program spacing between commands ; 3. Color scheme (backlit) is nice ; 4. Metallic looking W, A, S, D and spacebar buttons

1. Macro language is challenging ; 2. Typing is difficult (the keys sloppily depress) compared to a cheap keyboard you might get with a Dell (for example) ; 3. Buttons will "die" out. Not a matter of "if

Saitek Cyborg Keyboard

My keys, did stop functioning randomly one day. I looked into it and it seems the contact pads shifted and the contact pad sheet did not fit perfectly and was slightly too small. I don't know why it did this.

Saitek Cyborg Keyboard

Ill start off by saying that this keyboard is beautiful to sit in front of if you're gaming for long periods of time. The customizable lighting system is very fun. I personally haven't bothered to use the C buttons, because I'm too lazy.
