As a previously satisfied user of Saitek products I was very disappointed with this wireless keyboard/mouse set. The first thing that strikes one when the box is opened is the poor instructions, which say the sender unit will auto install in Windows...

I bought one of these keyboards recently and found the touch sensitivity of both the mouse and keyboard excellent. I can only presume other people have not installed theirs correctly or not charged the batteries. Just buy a spare set of 2 AAA batteries...
