mouse and typing lag is unacceptable

sometiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimes it works as expected. most others it does not. notice all of the "i's" in sometimes. That was a keyboard glitch. Delays are unacceptable in keyboard typing and in mouse movement. Mouse moves...
