Works in every way I've asked

My cable did allow me to use my keyboard in bios although seeing as someone else had an issue with it, this may be motherboard/keyboard dependent. Using mine with a 1987 IBM Model M

none at this time.

None that matters.

Just couldn't part with my old Microsoft Natural Multimedia Keyboard during upgrade. Contacted Mfg prior to purchase, they said they tested it and they were right! Now works fine and even before installing MS Intellipoint software, mute/volume/standby...
