shocking experience

Going to contact Corsair for an RMA, but might resell what I get back for a Cooler Master unit with browns or blues. Switched from a Razer Black Widow Ultimate to this due to severely limited desk space and rarely using the 10-key. Also really like the...

Compact, sexy aluminum finish

Keyboard started shocking me after owning it awhile. Also seems like I have issues w/ key rollover. I'll type fast and shift actions get applied to the next key I hit, or letters get rearranged. Expect this with a membrane cheapy, but not a nice...

Still getting used to it

Maybe cherry reds aren't for me. What I didn't realize was how SENSITIVE the keys are (an aspect of the cherry mx red switches). My hand rests on the keyboard too heavily sometimes and I find myself jumping accidentally in FPS games. It still takes...

Great look ; Sturdy ; Typing feels great ; Shipping was amazingly fast

small nick on the board, not sure how that happened, could've been through shipping

Could have been better.

Aside from the ability to disable the windows key, this product has a notable lack of features not only from the keyboard itself but from the lack of accessories such as a key cap puller. The brushed aluminum looks great out of the box but gets dirty...

Durable brushed steel frame ; Cherry reds are very nice ; Windows lock key is very good for games, especially fps ; Full key rollover through usb ; Compact design and removable braided cable gives it portability

Ctrl and shift key registers twice on one key press on my keyboard ; Does not work in bios even when switched to bios mode ; No included key cap puller or other such accessories

Corsair K65

This was my first mechanical keyboard. Now that I have been using this for a little over a month, I don't think that I will be able to go back to the traditional keyboards. I love the cherry mx red switches. Thinking about getting the corsair m65 mouse!

Cherry MX Red Keyswitches. Removable braided cable. The windows lock key is great for gaming. Nice metal looking frame

USB hub would have been nice but it is understandable at this price point. I would have liked to have seen a key puller in the box

Nice!

Great keyboard, compact size! First experience with red switches, which are a little bit too sensitive for me, so YMMV. The etched letters may deteriorate over time. I bought this keyboard while on sale (about $50) and would be a no-brainer at that...

Aluminum build ; Braided cable ; Attractive design

Reds may be a bit too sensitive for my tastes (not a fault of Corsair) ; A couple letters are disappearing from the keycaps (after about 6 months) ; No backlighting

Solid and comfortable

I'm perplexed by the diamond knurl pattern on the spacebar, it feels out of place given the rest of the keyboard.

This is a very well designed and built keyboard, no nonsense, no frills ; The FN key is located out of the way in a seldom used area, the Windows key lock is a well thought feature but should have been done differently

Could have been made smaller by shaving off the empty area where the Corsair logo and media keys sit, I don't see why the volume controls weren't assigned to the FN F5-F8 block ; A set of heavier switches should have been used for the spacebar,...

Great little minimalist gaming keyboard.

If you don't like Cherry MX-Red switches, this isn't going to change your mind. I'd honestly prefer the MX-Brown switches if they were an option, but the the Red ones it has work like Red switches are supposed to. The option would be nice, but I bought...

This little keyboard is a great, sleek, minimalist design. It really has no frills, just what you need. It's a full sized keyboard, with with the number pad chopped off to make it smaller overall without sacrificing the size of the keys. There are no...

None at the moment

Fast and Sensitive

Not really a con but just something to think about. There is no feed back on these keys, the action happens before the key hits the bottom. I like it but it did take some time to get used to. I would recommend the Brown switches for those who are...

This keyboard is very sensitive and when you hit a key it registers fast. So it take sometime to get use to but speeds in RTS games and shootings are much faster than the average keyboard. The Cherry Red Stitches are nice smooth

Cable is a bit on the shorter side. I would have liked it to be a bit longer. But you can use any mini usb cable with this keyboard of you tower is far away

Great design/feel

This is my first gaming keyboard after playing with a few demo ones. Feel very well suited to gaming, as the type of keys provide almost no resistance when pressed. This might however be a problem if you use it mostly for typing

Not the best for typing
