This laptop is a great value at the price compared to other brands I looked at. It has lots of memory and drive space. I was most happy that it did'nt come loaded with a lot of junkware that is so irritating on other PCs and laptops. My wife loves...

Didn't work at all. Returned

 

I received the product and went to turn it on and it ran remarkably slow. I contacted geeksquad to see if they could help and after 1/2 an hour with them we determined that the equipment was faulty. I wish I could have had it working. It was a funny...

It's a good machine

 

The machine is fine. I am happy so far. That being said.... Getting it was difficult. It took more than 20 minutes to get help in the store and the clerk had very little product knowledge. The sysyem showed it as being in stock but they could not find...

price was good. It's what I wanted

Aweful, hard drive crashed in 2 weeks

 

I have been a loyal Dell consumer for many years, not anymore. I bought this as I need a new laptop with more horsepower for my programming class. Had to try 3 times before it successfully burned the system recovery discs, then 2 weeks after purchasing...
