I do not recommend this product. i hooked it up, called support and they could not activate it because it was made in China. They can only use American made modem. Needless to say, i'm out of the money i spent.

This computer is OK for the price - adequate but slow loading many Web pages, etc. But also watch out for the numeric key pad. This is great if you want one, but for normal use where you don't need a numeric key pad you have to set the computer offset...

This model is the worse. Having trouble with the wireless card and now finding out this is a common problem with this model Have owned Dells and HPs in the past and will be going back with them in the future. Remember you get what you pay for, junk!

If this is a refurbished computer you can't tell by looking at it or using it. It looks brand new. Not a mark on it and it works great. I got it for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. For the price it can't be beat. I'm sorry I didn't order one...
