Review Acer Aspire 8942G Notebook

Big Brother? Acer has technically upgraded its 18.4 inch lineup t

Many connections; Good sound; Good application performance; Pleasant input devices; Illuminated keyboard; Practical multimedia control; Stays fairly quiet and cool; Impressive battery life under low load

Smudge susceptible, sensitive case; Reflective display; Graphic card too weak for newer games in FullHD; Display's poor viewing angles; Touchpad too far left

Big and fairly efficient DTR/multimedia notebooks starting at 17 inches. Either in the range of less than 1000 euro, like Samsung's R780 i3 Harry / i5 Hero (GT 330M), R720-Aura P8700 Suga (HD 4650), Acer's Aspire 8935G (HD4670), Acer's Aspire 7740G (HD...

Acer Aspire 8942G-526G64Bi review

The Acer Aspire 8942G is a huge beast of a laptop offering a rich multimedia experience. But is it worth the price of admission? Read our review of the Acer Aspire…

While the Acer Aspire 8942G-526G64Bi laptop may lack the superb build quality of the MacBook Pro or the stylish sophistication of HP's Envy 15, it delivers a rich multimedia experience and is reasonably priced.

Acer Aspire 8942G-726G64Bn

It is big and fast. It is perfect for what I want which is a way to carry my life around with me. You need a ruck sack but provided you can live with that it is great.

Battery life is a bit short but manageable.

Acer Aspire 8942G-726G64Bn
