We loved the product. My son was able to open up his laptop and start at it. It was quite easy to get started. The product came in a safe package just like we bought it out of the store. Would order electronics from Amazon again. It was so easy.

Better than most netbooks. Not as capable as a notebook but certainly more than adequate for most needs. Easy to transport! Great keyboard. I use it all the time. The only time I don't use it is if I need to use CS-5.
