Overall performance very good. Option of switching off the mouse touchpad which means that your wrists can rest in a comfortable position.

Too many additional programs on it - Games etc., Battery life is short.

This is my first Lap Top. Great for video playback with very good sound and picture. Keyboard and mouse fine. Easy free Windows 7 upgrade from Vista - no problems.

Most of it is excellent!

I find the touchpad hard to use, despite being accustomed to using them on previous laptops.

Fast access. Great screen. 4 USB ports. Good audio. Great for videos and dvds.

A bit wider than my last laptop. Most software only on trial. No manual. No back-up discs(need to burn your own)

It is small and light so it is easy to transport when needed. Also it has a big hard drive so it can store a lot of documents on it, as well as a big memory that makes it quick and easy to use.

The battery life isnt too long and if you need to use it for a long time you will need to plug it into the mains.

Good performance. Nice Keyboard. Graphics are good quality. The built in webcam is good quality

There is too much additional software supplied with the laptop that is not required and takes up space on the desktop. It is also not very clear how to unistall the software
