HDD failure

Acer customer service sucks, warranty terms suck, hardware sucks.

Power Problem

I didn't bother trying to get this repaired under warranty. However, the repair is more most would be willing to attempt.

I purchased this in January. It locked up frequently. It spent March in the shop for repairs, they say it had a bad hard drive. I am sending it back again for the same problem, locked up and now will not power on.
