Acer TravelMate 2403WXCI

lightweight (2.4kg) and fits easily in a standard backpack. The hard-drive was conveniently partitioned already, something that not all original installations do.

One of the USB ports seems slightly dodgy, requires some fiddling before pen-drives etc would connect properly.
