Light and great to use. I have got used to windows 8 Quicker than I expected after other people's reviews. I recommend watching the start up video to make learning quick an easy. Keys are great to use and screen is perfect size for a laptop.

Battery life is not as long as it could be, in always suprised to see the low battery message pop up!

Light but decent performance. OpenSuse 13.1 installed without difficulty and works well. Service manuals available on-line. Excellent portable machine which is cheap enough that loss or damage is not a disaster !

It has a good specification with a 1.9GHz i3 twin core Intel processor 4Gb of ram memory and 320GGb hard drive, so it runs fast. Also USB3 & USB2 and a lot of other ports so it can take headphones a VGA monitor, HDMI, network cable and a SD card slot...

My only quibble is that it does not have a touch screen which somehow negates having Windows 8, which is designed for tablets. Having said that it is not an issue for me as I use it as a normal laptop computer.
