The overall product is really good value for money. have had no problems with it and works well and fast.

Are that the battery seems to be used up fast!!

too heavy, had loads of problems, its just been a nightmare since i had it.

No bluetooth. No antivirus,

just a good all round laptop for the money

no software,utility disks,no user manual or any relative documentation

Superb performance. No problems with anything. Wireless internet works brilliantly.

THe built in speakers are not very good, but i guess that's the same with all laptops. Similarly battery life is nothing special, again smae with all laptops though.

Great size Very Fast Lots of memory

Mouse pad is very temporamental, it to move and click on its own

Its very fast and easy to use and sorting graphics out like photographs is very quick

not really found any yet screen could be bigger perhaps but no major bad points so far.

Excellent spec for the money, super performance. Instructions on how to create back up disks when first turned on which is ideal for numpties.

The mouse is a little dodgy at times.
