It doesnt come with a laptop bag and (im a lady) so its annoying having to find a suitable bag i.e in this case a sports bag wen im goin over to my friend's house. (im a student) so im saving money till i can purchase a laptop bag.lol The cursor pad...

keyboard rattles and feels flimsy

Screen is very clear and keyboard layout is good. Would recommend this computer who people who are looking for Ferrari performance at Fiesta cost! I compared about 10 laptops and this was the winner for me...and I don't part with my money easily either!!

Left and right click buttons are stiff and you need fingers like Popeye to press them. Easily solved with a wired/wireless mouse though.

i was very happy with this product, i was glad i was able to get it for the price i did, i think the refurbished products are deffinetely worth buying, i would not have been able to get the type of product for this price other wise

umm its was hard to find a good laptop case to fit the laptop but other that havnt had any problems so far

vista is bad, slowing the computer down. In fact if it had a decent platform this laptop would have been great value for money. keyboard is awkward as is the single paddle on the mouse.
