I wanted a lightweight notebook to give me email access and store and display my digital photos while travelling. This refurbished model offered the best valueI could find.

generally fast cheap price works well

its a bit heavy not much battery life dvd writer is a bit (VERY) slow.

Good value. It's small and light with a good battery life. The screen is bright and reasonably readable in adverse conditions. There's plenty of hard drive for the price and a dual core processor that seems perfectly adequate.

I would have preferred fewer signs of use - despite it being a rework. The keyboard and mouse pad feel a little 'lightweight'.

compact, fast, has firewire connectivity as well as 3xUSB

came with vista on which ran very slow, had to remove vista and put windows XP on before the machine woulod function properly. Even after doing this the computer continues to crash at random times.

Compact, looks nice and fast enough for mobile internet.

It seems as though the replacement battery will hard to aquire.

The size and speed of the machine is good

It shuts down a lot. The battery life is poor. The fan is very loud
