You must download the new Bios. We were on the verge of sending the laptop back because of unexpected shut downs. The new Bios seems to have fixed this and it is running beautifully

Price was attractive and the spec excellent.

Sometimes prone to shutting down unprompted...... possibly due to overheating. However I remain happy about my purchase.

The size is fantastic for portability. Security of the laptop is good, passwords are always asked for after the computer has ben in hibernation.

The keys sometimes do not press down adequately enough. so letters are missed out when typing, this can be extremely annoying when doing a piece of word processing. internet connection sometimes turns off so the wireless switch neede to be flicked on...
